FAQs

How much does threedeep cost?

1

It’s free to set up and use. threedeep charges a simple 10% fee to help bars recover revenue that is typically lost during high-volume, peak-hour service. When bars are busy, long lines and missed orders often lead to lost sales and frustrated guests. Turning on threedeep during these moments allows more orders to be placed and fulfilled quickly—driving incremental revenue, improving the guest experience, and helping bartenders stay out of the weeds while earning more tips.

How does it work?

threedeep is designed for the busiest moments behind the bar. When a bartender feels they’re in the weeds, they simply activate threedeep with one tap, turning on the signature neon sign and enabling lightning-fast mobile ordering for guests. Patrons scan the QR code or open threedeep on their phone to order and pay in seconds, while bartenders and staff see a clean, simplified order feed on the threedeep tablet—just the drink, order status, and the guest’s last four phone digits. This removes the slowest parts of traditional service, including shouting orders, re-entering drinks into the POS, passing around handheld devices, printing receipts, or closing tabs. Staff can focus on making drinks and moving volume, guests get served faster, and bars capture more revenue during peak hours while bartenders earn more tips.

I already have a POS system, what’s the point?

3

threedeep isn’t meant to replace your existing POS system; it’s designed to complement it during the moments it struggles most. threedeep acts as a rush-mode ordering system that is only activated when the bar is packed and at risk of losing revenue due to long lines, missed orders, or guests giving up and leaving. Without threedeep, bartenders stay in the weeds longer and guests often order less or walk away entirely. When threedeep is turned on during peak times, order flow improves, more drinks are sold, service feels effortless for guests, and bartenders can move volume faster—resulting in higher revenue, happier patrons, and better tips for staff.
